We are pleased to announce that we have successfully been accepted as a signatory to the Financial Reporting Council’s UK Stewardship Code ('the Code’).
The Code sets high stewardship standards for asset owners, managers and service providers. To become a signatory, organisations must clearly demonstrate that they have exercised effective stewardship over the previous 12 months through good governance and active engagement. Since its genesis in 2010, the Code has been widely recognised as a leading standard for financial market participants to demonstrate their stewardship credentials.
